Ford Motor Company has started to lose the domination in the automobile market after some years after the First World War, especially when Ford Edsel has been accused that it the successor of his father. Gradual decrease in the company has been caused by its continuous use of the personified administrative mechanism which started to become become outdated, just as neglect of the company consumer demands for more improved vehicles.
Sales of the company have been worsened further by expansion of a part of a share in the market of its most close competitors. General Motors and a Crysler could grasp the essential action of the market from Ford, making high-quality vehicles and giving possibilities of the credit to their clients. However, Ford could recover from its previous, loses, giving similar possibilities to its clients. In addition to it the termination of manufacture of Model T by Ford and introductions of the redesigned version of Model A has placed the company back on the move.
Ford's action has extended in magnificent division of the market when the company got the Company on manufacture of cars of the Lincoln on February, 2nd 1922. It was accompanied by the enterprises of the company at financing of cultivation of rubber in Brazil in 1928. The grown up rubber would be used in manufacture of synthetic rubber for use on Ford's vehicles. However, this enterprise has brought and only has forced the company to spend millions funds.
Action of the company has extended further in 1938 when division Merkurija has been established. This division would address with demand of the automobile market with the price of the middle for vehicles. Unfortunately, all these efforts on expansion have been stopped "by Great Depression."

The economic crisis and crash of the automobile market in the USA caused by Great Depression, have left a few scars on the image of Ford Motor Company. To remain afloat, the company should reduce the action and carry out mass layoffs. As a result it is a lot of Ford's workers has lost their workplaces.
As economic conditions worsened, workers who have lost their workplaces, have generated a series of strikes to demand the big support from the company. However, disagreements between protesting, and police have burst in violence. The police used tear gas and fire engines to disperse crowd, but protesting have answered, throwing stones. The violence increased, and it has compelled police and safety of the company to start live bullets. As battle has ended, 9 people have been killed, and others 60 have been seriously wounded. Because of it, it took for some more years before Ford Motor Company could stabilise the manufacture of a vehicle.
