After the Second World War of Ford Motors has once again tested internal chaos. Edsel Ford has died in 1943 and has left the company under Henry Ford's leadership. But Henry Ford's poor health prevented to address to it with business of the company. Because of it, his wife and the daughter-in-law have interfered and have demanded, that grandson Henry "Henry Ford II" has been appointed by the new president of the company. They even threatened Henry Ford that they would sell the action of stocks if he has refused to recognise their requirement.
Though Henry Ford has been infuriated by this idea, it had no choice, except how to recognise the requirement and has appointed its grandson the president of the company. When Henry Ford II became the president, it faced financial chaos with the company losing approximately of $9 million a month. This condition and Henry Ford's death in 1947 have compelled the company to employ strangers to address with its daily business. Employment finally has weakened Ford's family power on the company. In 1956 Fords Motor Company became publicly sold company. During this period Ford's family only has supported 40 %-s' controlling interest in the company. Launch and falling of the high-ranking heads employed outside of the company, proceeded till now.
Despite financial chaos and chaos of leadership which the company has tested during these times, Ford Motors some of the most popular vehicles, including Tanderberd in 1955, the Falcon in 1960, and the Mustang in 1964 still could make. In addition to it the company also could establish Ford Europe in 1967.
